This movie is a fantastic documentary that I first saw a number of years ago and I have been telling people to watch it as it has some great information. Trust me when I say that “I am not a conspiracy theorist” , but I do like to be informed about issues that affect our country in so many vital ways. This movie details how the American Credit Card System really works, banks business practices and how the credit card system is slowly bankrupting America. In it, you’ll find some useful information that I think could be relevant to your situation.
The documentary Maxed Out: Hard times, Easy Credit and the Era of Predatory Lenders is written and directed by James Scurlock and he nor the movie have any political agenda other than to inform people on what was learned from his dealings with the financial world. He attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
